In a surprise move in the 12th over of World Cup semi-final, Captain cool MS Dhoni brought his deputy Virat Kohli to bowl against Australia.
Kohli had bowled after 17 ODIs, that too in semi-final of World Cup. He has often been praised by MS Dhoni for his unique style statement.
Ahead of the clash, Dhoni had also praised the 'atta boy' by saying, "I don't think poor shot selection is the case. He is adominant batsman, he loves playing his strokes. I don't think he has batted badly at all. He is concentrating on process. And he is a big occasionplayer and would fire on a big day."

Notably, this was the first time Virat bowled his first over in any World Cup especially as Anushka Sharma also watches over the game in Sydney.

However, Twitter fans seemed shocked and unimpressed with his bowling skills.
