Social activist Anna Hazare, who is heading an indefinite hunger strike against corruption in New Delhi, has lost four kg in four days, his aide claimed on Monday.
Datta Awari told the media that the 80-year-old Hazare has lost four kg but his blood pressure is normal.
Hazare started the indefinite hunger strike at the Ram Lila Maidan in the capital on March 23.
This is his second hunger strike against corruption after nearly seven years. The 80-year-old activist has been campaigning against corruption and pressing for the setting up of the Lokpal at the Centre and Lokayuktas in states. He has also been demanding implementation of the Swaminathan Commission report.
