Bypoll Results, as it happened: BJP wins 5 seats, Cong wins 2, leading in 1 seat, AAP loses deposit in Delhi's Rajouri Garden

The counting of votes for 10 assembly seats in eight states, where bypoll was held on April 9, is underway. According to the election office, counting began at 8 AM. 

The assembly constituencies where polls were conducted on Sunday are: Rajouri Garden (Delhi), Litipara (Jharkhand), Nanjangud and Gundlupet (Karnataka), Dholpur (Rajasthan), Kanthi Dakshin (West Bengal), Ater and Bandhavgarh (Madhya Pradesh), Bhoranj (Himachal Pradesh) and Dhemaii (Assam).
