Jaipur Traffic Police on Friday replied to Indian cricketer Jaspreet Bumrah and said It didn’t mean to hurt his sentiments and the advertisement was intended just to spread traffic awareness.
The Jaipur Police after the Champions Trophy final between India and Pakistan used the picture of Jaspreet Bumrah bowling a no ball in its advertisement to “create traffic awareness.â€
Jaipur traffic police on Tuesday posted a 2-window picture with a quote. One window of the picture shows cars stopped behind the Zebra crossing while the 2nd window shows Jasprit Bumrah bowling the ‘notorious no-ball’ that changed the course of the final match against Pakistan. The quote reads “don’t cross the line it can be costly.’’
After the advertisement got reported in the Media and went viral on Social Media, Jaspreet Bumrah replied in a sarcastic way to Jaipur Police on Twitter. Bumrah said, “well done Jaipur traffic police this shows how much respect you get after giving your best for the country.â€

Bumrah in another tweet said, "don't worry I won't make fun of the mistakes which you guys make at your work .because I believe humans can make mistakes."

The no ball incident happened on Sunday during the India vs Pakistan final match of the ICC Champions Trophy 2017 in London. During the match, Bumrah got the better of Pakistan opener Fakhar Zaman, who edged a ball to Mahendra Singh Dhoni when he was batting on 3.
But umpire then went upstairs to check the no-ball and the replay showed he did overstep. However, Zaman then scored a brilliant century and Pakistan won the match by 180 runs.
