Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that his government too is mulling to launch anti-Romeo squads on the lines of Uttar Pradesh in order to crackdown on sexual predators.

Earlier, UP CM Yogi Adityanath had announced anti-Romeo squads in order to tackle the deteriorating law and order situation in the state.

After taking the salute at Police Training Academy in Bhouri on the outskirts of Bhopal, Chouhan claimed that MP is all set to bring a legislation in the forthcoming monsoon session for awarding death penalty to rapists.
