In his latest interview with News Nation Yoga guru Baba Ramdev has discussed several benefits and importance of being self-disciplined.
According to Swami Ramdev, this skill is essential in every area of life and people should acknowledge its importance. Self-discipline can give birth to a corruption free India only, according to Ramdev.
Earlier, on Sunday the Patanjali owner gave 'Deeksha' to a batch of 90 ‘sanyasis’ (renunciates) in a grand ceremony at the VIP ghat of Haridwar. The 'Deeksha' was accorded to 51 sanyasis and 39 sannyasins, who were advised to meditate and live their life with discipline.

Apart from this, Ramdev has also expressed his views on different ongoing factors in the country.
Earlier, on January 16 he had shared his future plans regarding e-commerce business and FMCG companies with News Nation. On the same day, his Patanjali Ayurved made a formal entry into the e-commerce space with an aim of reaching out to more customers.
