The school administration has denied the reports, "Child wasn't even touched. He was suspended for a month yesterday on disciplinary grounds after he got into a brawl with another child," the school principal told ANI on Thursday.
However, the child's father has given a different account of the incident.
"Children were quarreling yesterday, then teachers beat him (his son) up. I had complained about high tension wires around school. It's result of that," Father of the child said.
The images issued by the news agency show red marks on the child's body.
The Jamalpur Police has registered a complaint and has also recieved the medical report.
The incident comes in the midst of a major controversy around Ryan International School chain as the death of the seven-year-old student in school's Gurgaon branch has trigerred an investigation against the education group and its trustees.
