New Delhi:
Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Sunday interacted with Jammu and Kashmir police personnel in Anantnag. He asserted that Kashmir will be free from terror and no forces in the world will be able to stop it from becoming heaven again.
Speaking to police personnel, Rajnath said that orders has been issued for bullet proof vehicles at all police stations in J&K.
Rajnath added that the jawans should also get bullet proof jackets and informed that fund has been released.
“I have seen the picture of martyred ASI Abdul Rashid’s daughter. I saw her face drenched with tears. It is difficult to forget that picture,” said Rajnath.
Informing the jawans about government’s acknowledgement of their good work, Rajnath said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s sent a message appreciating bravery and valour of jawans.
Rajnath appealed to jawans that they should share their grievances directly with him and said that he is ready to talk with open heart.
