New Delhi:

The Supreme Court on Friday asked Justice Karnan to submit his written submission within four weeks. SC asked Justice Karnan if he will stick to previous submission of tendering unconditional apology or wants to argue in person or engage a lawyer.

During hearing Attorney General said that there is no question of non-comprehension, Justice Karnan aware of what he is doing. SC replied to AG saying we can see his state of mind is not clear and he is not able to comprehend what exactly he is doing.

Justice Karnan told Supreme Court that you restore my work or else I will not get back to my normal senses. Justice Karnan given four week time to file response about allegations on Senior Judges. Court declined his request to discharge duties.
