Politics is unpredictable as it can get. Former deputy Chief Minister (CM) of Bihar Tejashwi Yadav took to Twitter on Friday and shared photos of lunch with Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi and expressed his gratitude.

According to some political pundits the Rahul-Tejashwi dine out is seen as a reaction of the latter's been vocal about the ruling BJP's name calling like,'pappu', to refer to the Congress vice president.

"Just baselessly branding someone Illiterate, Corrupt,Yuvraj, Dynastic, Pappu etc won't raise ur stature, but wud expose ur cunning mind. Gappu can only dream to command respect from opposition like Vajpayee ji, because latter never made fun of other leaders & gave them due credit", tweeted Tejashwi Yadav.

In a series of tweets, the son of RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav lashed out at the BJP and the approach they have taken to fight the upcoming assembly elections in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh (HP).

"A leader shouldn't be judged by the tall promises he can make but the extent to which he can fulfill the promises made. Inability to prove your claims will reduce your persona to just being a "Gappu"! - Tweeted Tejashwi.

Rahul Gandhi is leading the Congress from the front in the upcoming assembly elections of Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh.
