While interacting with the reporters, Yogi stated, “People come to Ayodhya for ‘darshan’ (viewing), ‘smaran’ (remembering) of Lord Ram and the statue will fulfill that purpose.

Speaking on the Ayodhya land dispute, the CM asserted that there was Ram mandir, there is Ram mandir and there will be Ram mandir in Ayodhya. He said, “Mandir tha, hai, aur rahega.”

He also said that the government will find more solutions to construct a temple abiding by the constitutional framework. “Government respects the beliefs of Ayodhya. All Hindu seers are with us,” Yogi further added.

The UP CM said that Ayodhya is recognised from Lord Ram.
