Female student of Deoria's Modern City Montessori School succumed to her injuries after she fell from the third floor on Monday.
Some reports say that the girl on her way to Baba Raghav Das Medical College in Gorakhpur hospital told her brother that she was pushed from the third floor.
The father has rediculed the management's unsympathetic approach of the incident. The school authorities has denied reports of the girl being pushed.
The acting principal of Mithilesh Mishra said that the CCTV cameras of the third floor suffered from malfunction.
The school authorities have not responded to the charges brought by deceased Neetu Chauhan's (16) father. Police said that an FIR would be lodged on Tuesday against unidentified persons.
