As Delhi is inching towards MCD Elections, scheduled on April 23, political parties are running pillar to post to push their agenda on voters to gain support. While the tussle seems to be between BJP and AAP, Congress may just emerge as an underdog in National Capital.

Congress releases manifesto:
Congress party on Tuesday released fifth part of their manifesto for MCD elections 2017. The manifesto focuses on roads, property tax, green belt, homeless people, women empowerment and even special provisions for Chhath Puja.
