New Delhi:
A huge crowd chanted 'Khalistan Zindabad' inside the premises of Golden Temple in Amritsar on the anniversary of Operation Bluestar.
The Dal Khalsa had called for Amritsar Bandh to protest against the 1984 operation which saw the holy shrine under siege by Indian Army to weed out Khalistan-supporting extremists, camping in the temple.
The local authorities had put the city on high alert to avoid any untoward incident even as some reports suggested clash situation at Akaal Takhat Sahib.
