On Sunday, Mishra had said that he had seen Kejriwal accepting Rs 2 crore from Satyender Jain. He had also charged Kejriwal, saying that Jain had “settled” a land deal worth Rs 50 crore for Kejriwal’s relatives.

Mishra, on Monday, dared the AAP convener to expel him from the party. He said would lodge an FIR against Kejriwal with the CBI on Tuesday at 11:30 PM.

While addressing a press conference, Mishra said that AAP leaders were saying that he was colluding with the BJP. He said these charges are baseless and he as the only leader who was more vocal and critic of saffron party and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Mishra, submitted documents to theAnti-Corruption Branch (ACB) against Kejriwal in connection with the alleged water tanker scam, said he has sought an appointment with the CBI  to register a complaint.

Addressing a press conference in New Delhi, Mishra asserted he will never leave the AAP, but said he will also never join theBJP in his life. He also claimed that since he has made accusations against Kejriwal, he has been receiving death threats from those who are close to the chief minister.
