New Delhi:
AIADMK MLAs of TTV Dhinakaran faction on Thursday met Election Commission and said that AIADMK General Council meeting in which VK Sasikala was ousted, shouldn't be considered legal.
TTV Dhinakaran faction loyalist Vijila Sathyananth said that they will soon hold a general council meeting after taking consent of party general secretary VK Sasikala.
Earlier, Dhinakaran faction already moved to Madras High Court over floor test in Tamil Nadu Assembly.  The Madras High Court ordered  Tamil Nadu Advocate General to respond at the earliest on if there will be any action taken to disqualify all 19 MLAs who are supporting TTV Dhinakaran.

Deputy Speaker V. Jayaraman (EPS-OPS faction) said that speaker will decide on 18 dissenting MLAs. He said he believes that they will return to their faction.Â
