A video uploaded on Youtube shows how apathetic and unhelpful Air India staff were to the passengers who had arrived 5 minutes late
As per the video, Air India staff members bluntly refused passenger to board in the flight as they came 55 minutes early instead of 60 minutes.
The staff behaved in an absolutely insensitive manner and kept citing rules to the pleading passengers.
The passengers alleged that they were informed to arrive only 45 minutes early by travel company Goibibo.com.
A girl can be seen crying that she would miss her exam if she is not allowed to travel but insensitive staff member turns her head away from the girl.
