Coin-made gold garland worth Rs 16 lakh gifted to Saibaba

A New Delhi-based professional on Friday donated a garland, containing 51 gold coins of Mughal-era worth Rs 16.28 lakh, to Saibaba at the revered saint's temple here in Western Maharashtra.

Shirdi Sansthan Trust Executive Officer Kishore More, who gave the information about the gift, said this was the fourth donation in gold at the temple this month.

Satish Lohiya, who made the donation, said the garland was used during today's `aarati'.
