From last few days, the tussle between Centre and AAP government has been grabbing the eye balls. From Delhi L-G Najeeb Jung issue to DDCA to Odd-Even formula both the governments have been blaming each other.
In a new clash, the Union Home Ministry has said the inquiry panel launched by Delhi govt against alleged corruption in the Delhi and District Cricket Association is unconstitutional.
Earlier, Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has filed a defamation suit against Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal for accusing him in vast corruption during his 13 years as DDCA president.

The inquiry panel headed former Solicitor General and top lawyer Gopal Subramaniam by also dismissed the allegations.
The Union Home Ministry also said the Delhi government does not have the jurisdiction to look into the affairs of the DDCA.
Former Indian cricketer and BJP MP Kirti Azad has been suspended from party for targeting Jaitley and demanding a CBI inquiry into the case.
