Mumbai:

Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) Chief Raj Thackeray on Sunday took a dig at Narendra Modi and BJP top leadership through a cartoon.

Raj Thackeray, who was once a political cartoonist, drew sketch of a miserable 'Marathi Manush' hung on three towers of Mumbai.

Drawing the sketch, he also claimed, "Under the rule of BJP, Marathis are suffering badly".

The nephew of Balasaheb Thackeray in February also showed Narendra Modi and Amit Shah as twin towers left burning by Arvind Kejriwal after the Delhi poll debacle.

The scene drew inspiration from 9/11 attack on World Trade Centre in New York.

Thackeray also portrayed US President Barack Obama watching the proceedings on a television.
