New Delhi:
A family member of the slain Prabha Arun Kumar, who was brutally stabbed to death in Australia, has revealed that 41-year-old Indian IT consultant was conversing to her husband in India over phone when the incident happened.
"He stabbed me, darling," she told husband Arun Kumar, according to a Daily journal, as the conversation abruptly ended.
Prabha is survived by her husband and nine-year-old daughter.
Kumar's husband has flew to Australia from India after the incident.
Prabha Arun Kumar was on the phone to a member of her family when the "horrific" attack happened yesterday in Westmead, a suburb in Sydney.
She was found by a man lying in a large pool of blood. A friend of Kumar, who was walking home from work when she was brutally stabbed, said she always felt guilty about getting a lift home late at night.
