Bhopal:

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday said that his government has given a clear message that terrorism will not be allowed and Indian Air Force (IAF) has already given a befitting reply of Pulwama attack by into terrorists’ home. He said that Pakistan knows the consequences it will have to face if it doesn't improve.

He also targeted the Congress party saying it ruled the country for decades and is now questioning the ability of brave forces. “The party which ruled our country for decades is now questioning the ability of our brave forces, especially a leader from MP,” he said.

“Today he said Pulwama terror attack is an accident. This is their mentality, he is the same person who gave Pak a clean chit during 26/11,” the prime minister said in an apparent dig to Congress leader Digvijay Singh.

Singh, former chief minister of Madhya Pradesh, has targeted Modi-led government at the Centre saying the way PM Modi and his ministers were treating the airstrike was an ‘insult’ to the forces who carried out the operation. He even went termed the Pulwama terrorist attack, which claimed lives of 40 CRPF jawans, an ‘accident’.

Addressing Vijay Sankalp Rally at Dhar in Madhya Pradesh, PM Modi said that opposition leaders are bringing down the morale of armed forces by asking for proof of air strike on Jaish-e-Mohammed’s terror camp in Balakot.

“Today, when the country is fighting a decisive battle against terrorism, they want to mislead the country and weaken the fight,” he said.

Taking a swipe at attempts to cobble up a mahagathbandhan (grand alliance) against the BJP, Modi said the opposition leaders are doing 'mahamilavat' (high adulteration) in Pakistan's favour.

"These 'mahamilavati' persons have become poster boys of Pakistan by terming it as an ambassador of peace. They are misleading people of the country and trying to demoralise our armed forces by asking for proofs of the IAF air strike," PM Modi said.
