BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi visited Pune on Friday to inaugurate a new wing at the Dinanath Mangeshkar Superspecialty Hospital.
While addressing the crowd, Modi attacking Congress said, "Whenever Congress was in power, the poor had to face price rise. The country has witnessed many models of governance, but BJP has been the best."
The Gujarat Chief Minister also taunted Manmohan Singh by saying, "The govt is busy in asking what Modi is doing. Media is not able to question Rahul Gandhi."
"It is democracy, in Delhi there should be a servant not a ruler," added Modi.
Promising people ahead of Lok Sabha polls 2014, Modi also said, "I promise to the nation that when country will elect the BJP to power, the party will give their governance report card to the people of the country."
