New Delhi:

Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi reached New Delhi on Thursday morning to attend BJP's Parliamentary Board meet.

It is expected that Modi will provide a blueprint of the party’s strategy for the campaign of the 2014 Lok Sabha elections. Modi may also name his team at the parliamentary board meeting of the BJP.

Following the meeting, the BJP poll panel chief is slated to chair a meeting of the standing committee of the party, which will be attended by other senior leaders as well. Modi may also meet President Pranab Mukherjee after the major party meetings.

Modi was inducted into the BJP's Parliamentary board in March this year. He was appointed as party's campaign committee chief by BJP President Rajnath Singh in March in Goa.

He was re-inducted into the panel after a gap of six years. Among the other new members, who were appointed in the board, were Pilibhit MP Varun Gandhi and Modi's close aide and former Gujarat home minister Amit Shah.
