Prime Minister Narendra Modi Today Expressed Grief Over The Loss Of Lives In The Train Accident In Uttar Pradesh And Asked Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu To Ensure Speedy Assistance At The Spot.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today expressed grief over the loss of lives in the train accident in Uttar Pradesh and asked Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu to ensure speedy assistance at the spot.

“PM has expressed grief on the loss of lives in the train accident in UP and has wished the injured a speedy recovery,” PMO said.

Modi has asked the Railway Minister to closely monitor the situation and ensure speedy relief and assistance at the spot, it added.

Over 30 people were killed and around 150 others injured when the engine and two adjoining coaches of the Dehradun-Varanasi Janta Express derailed near Bachrawan Railway Station in Rae Bareli in Uttar Pradesh.
