As reports have been doing rounds that Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi is ‘holidaying’ abroad while the Budget session of Parliament is underway, a party worker on Wednesday released his pictures on Twitter, claiming he is in Uttarakhand and doing ‘chintan’ there.
Jagdish Sharma says he released the pictures in view of the allegations against the Congress Vice President that he is not serious about the issues that the country is facing.
"He needed time and is introspecting the future course of the party," Sharma said.
"He will be made the party chief in the session that will be held in Bengaluru. If some people have objections to it, they will have to leave the party," he added.
