New Delhi:

Sacked AAP minister Sandeep Kumar was on Saturday arrested by Delhi Police, just hours after a complaint of rape was registered against him.

A woman filed a police complaint against Kumar and accused him of spiking her drink during her visit to his house.

The victim alleged that she was called there on the pretext of getting ration card and was later offered a drink which was spiked. The victim recorded her statement before magistrate under 164 CrPc.

According to the woman, it was only after intoxication that the act was recorded.  The complaint has been filed at Sultanpuri police station in Delhi. Soon after the video surfaced up, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal sacked the minister.  The woman was taken for a medical test.
