Bollywood actor Salman Khan has filed his response for notices sent by Maharashtra state Commission for women in regards to his controversial ‘raped woman’ remark during the promotion of his recently released movie Sultan.

ANI quoted MSCW chief Vijaya Rahatkar as saying, “Salman has filed his response to Maharashtra State Commission For Women notice issued yesterday”. Adding that the MSCW is currently going through the content of his reply and will soon decide its next course of action.

Salman Khan, during a promotional event, had made a controversial statement over the rigorous physical training during the shoot of his recently released movie 'Sultan'.

He had said, “I felt like a raped woman” after shooting for a gruelling wrestling sequence for "Sultan".

After a nationwide debate, summons were sent by both MSCW and NCW to explain his recent ‘rape remarks'.
