Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi and Uttar Pradesh CM Akhilesh Yadav jointly addressed an election rally in Gorakhpur on Monday.
During his address, Rahul Gandhi took jibes at PM Narendra Modi and accussed him of spreading hate, when scared, "Jaise hi unko (PM Modi) dar lagta hai, nafrat failana shuru kar dete hain, ye unke DNA mein hai, natural hai (As soon as he gets scared, he starts spreading fear. It is in his DNA)," Congress VP said.
