According to a new report, the duo will be moving to a sea-facing, ultra-deluxe 450-crore bungalow after their wedding!
Daughter of business tycoon, Mukesh and Nita Ambani, Isha Ambani will tie tying the knot with Anand Piramal this December after a weekend of pre-wedding festivities in Udaipur.
Gulita is loacted in a plush sea-facing apartment in Worli
Their 450-crore building named Gulita is located in a plush sea-facing apartment in Worli, Mumbai. This new ultra-deluxe bungalow got into the hands of the Piramals in 2012 after winning the bid for a whopping Rs 450 crore. Hindustan Unilever which had used the bungalow as a training centre sold the property to the Piramals six years ago.
According to insights about the bungalow, Gulita located at the front of the Arabian sea is far from the deluxe buildings that we usually term deluxe. Meaning it exceeds even what a deluxe bungalow stands for! Gulita is over 5,000 square feet that has its own universe of extravagance.

Gifted by Swati and Ajay Piramal as a wedding gift to the bridegroom, Gulita which at the moment is at work is said to have other floors house living and dining halls, bedrooms, circular studies, triple-height multi-purpose rooms with separate quarters for the servants.
This urban-fort will have lounge areas and dressing rooms on every different floor. And the basement of the building is also made even more luxurious with an open-air water body with a lawn and a multi-purpose room.

It doesn’t come much as a surprise that the business tycoon’s daughter will also have her own modern fort to run given the fact that Mukesh Ambani has his own phenomenal building, Antilia which is the second most expensive building in the world after the Buckingham Palace.
The Ambani residence is apparently worth Rs 14,000 crore and has also been named one of the most extravagant houses in the world. With Isha Ambani’s 450 crore bungalow the extravagant game is going to get a whole new definition of luxuriousness.
