Just 48 hours after Prince Philip reportedly crashed into another car in his Land Rover, the duke was yet again spotted driving without a seat belt on. According to reports, the Duke of Edinburgh was photographed with a new Land Rover on a public road without a seat belt, again. A Norfolk Constabulary spokeswoman said police were aware of the photos and that "suitable words of advice have been given to the driver."
She added: "This is in line with our standard response when being made aware of, or receiving such images showing this type of offense."
Meanwhile, Emma Fairweather, whom Prince Phillip had pumped his car into along with another woman and a nine-month-old baby and had also broken her wrist told the Mirror that the duke has not yet apologised for the accident.

Buckingham Palace however said, "well-wishes" were exchanged Friday with those injured in the other car. This news, however, has not been corroborated by the woman in the accident.
"I got a call from a police family liaison officer," Emma Fiarweather told the Paper, "The message he passed on didn't even make sense. He said 'The Queen and Prince Philip would like to be remembered to you'."
Buckingham Palace is yet to respond to the latest photographs that showed Philip wearing dark glasses and no seat belt near Queen Elizabeth II's Sandringham Estate in Norfolk, eastern England.
Norfolk Police say they have spoken to the 97-year-old Duke of Edinburgh for not following the road safety measures, reports say.
