After Priyanka Chopra, tennis star Serena Williams and Meghan Markle’s close friend, Jessica Mulroney, royal experts have suggested that The Obamas could be one among the godparents to Meghan Markle and Prince William’s Baby Archie. Speaking on The Royal Box, Royal biographer Angela Levin said that the Obamas could be in line to become Royal baby Archie’s Harrison.
Talking about the first royal bay’s possible godparents, Ms Levin added that The Obamas could be a great fit as both Prince Harry and Meghan Markle get on with the former US President and his wife "very well".
“I think the Obamas could very well stand there because Harry has always got on very, very well with them.
“And Meghan does too. And Meghan has used Mrs Obama to help her understand the Royals and how she should do things’’ she said.
The Royal writer also argued the Duchess of Sussex has "used" Michelle Obama as her mentor when learning how to behave within the Royal Family.
“She’s used her as a bit of a mentor’’ Levin added.
Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor was born on May 6, 2019. With baby Archie nearing two months, talks about his christening have emerged as a rule where each Royal Family member is baptised into the Church of England. Even mum Meghan was baptised shortly before her wedding to Prince Harry, and now baby Archie sill very soon be following suit.
