Good Newwz also features Akshay Kumar, Kiara Advani and Diljit Dosnajh in lead roles. The story of Good Newwz revolves around two married couples and their journey of love. Akshay and Kareena are seen as Mr. and Mrs. Batra, trying to conceive a baby. On the other hand, Diljit and Kiara too, who share the same surname, also plan to have a baby through IVF. And the real twist comes when Kareena’s eggs are fertilized with Diljit’s sperm and Kiara’s eggs are fertilized with Akshay’s sperm.
Good Newwz brings Akki and Bebo together on the screen 11 years after their 2009 release Kambakkht Ishq. The film has been produced under the banner of Karan Johar's Dharma Productions and Akshay's Cape of Good Films. It is slated to hit the theatres on December 27.
