When it comes to fashion choices, Sonam Kapoor is known as the ‘It’ girl of Bollywood for her medley of styles and approaches. Hence, to imagine the Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga bashed for her fashion pick is quite the unthinkable. Well, there can always be a ‘rock’ in the sack of rice and that is exactly what happened to Sonam. The actor who had recently appeared in an event with Rhea Kapoor in an Anamika Khanna version an ensemble was bashed for wearing a fake design.

This new social media bash came about when the unknown Instagram handle by the name of Diet Sabya who is infamous for their raven-eyed fashion critic was quick to point out that the ensembles the two ladies wore that had their names and 'EVERYTHNG IS AK-OK' written over the cape was a rip-off from a fashion editor Anna Wintour's June 2018 AWOK Jordan's. The Instagram handle, Diet Sabya wrote, ‘’ We know this is going to cause major heartburn, but we simply cannot ignore the fact that @anamikakhanna.in’s AK-OK is TOO CLOSE in concept to the Jordans @voguemagazine launched in June 2018, with AW-OK. What would Anna say? 😂 Thoughts?’’

The internet has been received with mixed reviews regarding the fashion bash. Sister Rhea Kapoor has also come to the rescue saying that Anamika came up with the concept because of her sons. She stated that the fashion label had come up with the design after she went through a major health crisis last year, hence in celebration to her come-back, came up with this design, implying that ‘everything is ak-ok’.
