Ingredients for Arbi ke Kebab
1. 900 gms colocasia (arbi)
2. Salt (according to taste)
3. 20 gms chopped green coriander
4. 10 gms chopped green chili
5. 15 gms chopped ginger
6. 1 ½ teaspoon parsley
7. ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
8. Refined oil for frying
How to make Arbi ke Kebab?
Step 1: Wash colocasia (arbi) and boil it with salt mixed water till it is half cooked. Take it out from water and keep it aside for cooling.
Step 2: Peel off the colocasia pieces and put it in food processor to make a paste. Now pour it in a bowl.
Step 3: Add coriander, green chili, ginger, parsely and turmeric powder in it and mix well.
Step 4: Divide the mixture in 16 different parts and make small balls. Press it using your palm to give shape of tikki.
Step 5: Heat oil in a deep base pan. Fry colocasia balls in hot oil till it turns golden brown and crispy.
Step 6: Now serve it with salad or green mint chutney.
