Here is a simple recipe to make healthy and tasty Papaya Lachha Salad at home. Papaya has medical and health benefits and it’s good for your skin as well as stomach.
Ingredients
½ kg raw papaya
2 medium size tomatoes
6 buds of garlic
3-4 red or green chilies
2 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoon roasted peanuts
1 teaspoon salt
Method
Peel off papaya and shred it in long fine pieces
Crush chili, garlic and peanuts together
Chop tomatoes
Mix lime juice, sugar and salt
Add shredded papaya
Now mix all preparation together
Delicious papaya lachha salad is ready
