Ingredients:
300 gms lamb kheema
40 gms chopped onions
20 gms chopped garlic
20 gms leak
20 gms chopped celery
20 gms chopped coriander
100 gms tomato sauce
30 ml. red wine
10 gms rosemary
Salt and black pepper according to taste
30 ml. oil
20 gms butter
40 gms grated cabbage
10 gms chopped parsley
10 gms chili flakes
Procedure:
Put kheema in mixing bowl and stir it well. Add all chopped vegetables, salt and black pepper in it to make it into small balls.
Cook meat balls in preheated oven at in 180 degree C after applying oil on it.
Heat oil in a pan. Now add onion, garlic, rosemary, chili flakes and red wine together and roast it properly. When it gets softer, add tomato sauce and meat balls in it and stir it well. Cook it for a while. Add parsley in it.
Heat sizzler plate and decorate it with cabbage leaves putting meat balls on its top and serve it with butter.
