1 bag of milk chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
How to make chocolate-dipped frozen bananas
Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper. Then cut the peeled bananas into thumb-size slices. Insert toothpick into each slice and place them separately on the cookie sheet. Freeze 30 minutes. Next, in a medium microwavable bowl, microwave the chocolate chips and coconut oil on High 30 seconds and stir them well. Microwave in 15-second increments, stirring well after each, until chocolate is completely melted. Finally, remove the bananas from the freezer and dip each in melted chocolate; return to paper-lined cookie sheet. Return bananas to freezer. Once frozen you can keep them in a zipper and always safe it for few more days of healthy snack.

Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a non-insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper. Carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear them into bite sizes. Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning salt. Bake until the edges brown for10 to 15 minutes and you have a healthy snack you can always munch on.
