Eggs are probably the most affordable and convinient source of essential nutrients. On popular trend that is taking over the groccery market is brown eggs and the myth goes that the brown ones are organically grown and are a better sources of muscle-building protein.

What Is the Difference between Brown and White Eggs?

Colour of the shell is simply a genetic trait of hens that lay eggs, much like humans.
