Malaika Arora’s picturization of her dream wedding with beau, Arjun Kapoor has been unfolded! After talks and talks about her wedding plans for months with Arjun, Malaika finally unfolded her plans for the big day when the day comes around. Making an appearance on Neha Dhupia’s No Filter Neha, the actor said, “I’m all about a white wedding, (and have) always liked the (concept) of bridesmaids. They would be my closest girl (friends), my girl gang’’ further adding that she would be wearing an Elie Saab gown and bestie, Vahbiz Mehta as the bridesmaid.
In addition to talking about her wedding plans, she also laid out how great of a partner Arjun is in every term. Stating that he is ‘perfect’ in handling of ‘his money’ she also added that Arjun is a great photographer adding “he clicks better pictures of me, so, the pictures I take fail in comparison”. “He thinks I do a crappy job of taking his pictures,” she added.
Touching various subject matter on the chat show, Malaika also spoke about how the industry treats actors that categorise in the ‘dark-skin’ category. “I came at a time in the business when this whole thing about dark-skinned, fair-skinned was so prevalent and I was always put into the dark-skinned category so that was always there initially so ya that bias was always there’’ Arora revealed about the colour during the start of her career.
While Malaika Arora has featured in roles like Housefull and Dabangg, Arjun will be seen next in Ashutosh Gowariker's period drama Panipat also starring Kriti Sanon and Sanjay Dutt. The film, which is based on third battle of Panipat, will hit the screens on December 6, 2019.
