New Delhi:
A four day flower show began on Thursday in the Botanical Garden, Noida. This four day floral extravaganza is organised by the Uttar Pradesh government.
The 83-feet long and 74 feet wide garden has been adorned with beautiful floral varieties. There are over 200 flowers from different categories in shades of yellow, pink, purple have been put up on display for the public. Not only this seeds weighing as much as 30 kgs are also on display at the show.
It is made sure that all the flowers, plants and seeds which have been put on display here are detailed with definite information. The interesting part about this flower show is that these are no ordinary flowers but a variety of it from different parts of the country.
Also school children have also visited the flower show to make them familiar with the flowers and their respective fragrance. Flowers have been arranged in the form of map of India here. This show aims at creating awareness among public about the variety of seeds, plants, flowers and their medicinal uses.
