Bengaluru Man Asks Quirky Question To Police On Twitter Amid Anti-CAA Protests

Bengaluru City Police on Wednesday posted a message including imposition of prohibitory orders for the general public. But, one of the Twitter users asked them one quirky question which grabbed eyeballs of many and garnered much attention than other comments. T

he Bengaluru City Police wrote, "Section 144 (of the CrPC) imposed throughout the city. Educational institutions, banks and markets will remain functional. All transport services will be available tomorrow as usual. Don't be in panic’’.

In response to which, one of the users Souvik Chakraborty asked, "Will it be a dry day tomorrow?" Bengaluru police again replied, ‘’everything will run normal’’. He responded, "Thank you Saaaar, you made my day."

Souvik’s tweet has garnered around 300 likes and more than 20 retweets as of now.

One of the user commented "Our local hero -- a concerned citizen asking an important question’’.

Another posted: "What Bengali thinks today, India will think tomorrow."
