A video of a cop from Chandigarh has gone viral on social media for controlling traffic in a unique and informative way. In the 42-second video, the cop is seen singing his rendition of Daler Mehndi's 1995 hit number Bolo Ta Ra Ra. The lyrics of the song have been altered by the cop as he managed traffic at what appears to be a parking lot.

"Okay, parking mein jaao. Very good," he said while singing on a microphone. Daler Mehndi also shared the post on Instagram and captioned it saying, ''Verified I am glad that my music is used by Traffic police to inspire people to follow rules. Happiness Means Daler Mehndi. Celebration Means Daler Mehndi. Thank you for your love and Support.''

The internet enjoyed the video as it has already been viewed over 2,000 times and garnered several likes. 

Daler Mehndi is an acclaimed singer and is celebrated for his chartbusters including Tunak Tunak Tun, Ho Jayegi Balle Balle and Dardi Rab Rab Kardi.
