Adopt to abandon? A heartbreaking video that is bound to make animal lovers furious shows a loyal German Shepherd running after its family car after they choose to abandon him. The footage which was shared by Facebook user, Josu Coria is believed to have taken place in municipality of Coyoacan, in Mexico City, the Mexican capital and shows the poor pupper desperately running after the vehicle.

Sharing the video on his Facebook which has gone viral for all the wrong reasons, Coria wrote, "I was walking my dogs when this dog was abandoned by this lady and her daughter.
"Before I recorded this the dog was running behind the car, and you can clearly see the dog wants to get into the car but they just ignore it."
The video has caused outrage among netizens, with one user writing: "I hope with all my heart, dog, that someone with a big heart gives you water or offers you a blanket as a bed, and when you wake up, you will be wagging your tail and well fed. I hope you find your family soon."
Another user added: "Son of a b****, you should respect the dog."
Following the video, many concerned citizens have come forward to adopt the pupper who is now reported to be missing.
