In Santa Clara County, Silicon Valley two tenants enjoy a lavish and spacious apartment, they are, however not people but CATS. For a particular man in Silicon Valley, his two cats are his life and he makes sure he not only takes orders from the felines like most cat-owners do but also pay a rent of Rs 1 lakh per month. A cat owner from San Jose, California who owns two cats pet, Tina and Louise reported pays $ 1500 so that the two flurry friends can live as privileged tenants. Tina and Louise have now been identified as Silicon Valley's most privileged tenants.
Speaking to local media, landlord David Callisch said, "The cats mind themselves, don't complain, and the USD 1500/month rent comes on time."
The owner of the four-legged felines has now been identified as Tory Grood, he is Victoria Amith's father and landlord David's friend. As Victoria Amith's an Azusa Pacific University student was leaving for college, her father was moving as well, and they needed a place to keep the pets, David Callisch came to the rescue.

Callish had planned to use the space as an Airbnb rental, but when he learned he could help his daughter’s friend, Louise and Tina moved in, he didn’t seem to hesitate.
“This wasn’t my life long vision or dream to have cats as tenants,” Callisch said. “It just worked out that way. … They don’t drink. They don’t smoke. They don’t play loud music.”
To make you vie for Tina and Louise’s even more, their rented studio also has an Apple TV, along with other furniture. The news about two cats enjoying a lavish apartment on their own in Silicon Valley, with their exorbitant rent has angered certain Twitter users, leaving no filter in their tweets.

I don't think people are mad at the owners, it just further highlights the insane income disparity in the Bay Area. Many of us can afford such things, most can't even afford housing for themselves.
