Bareilly Ki Barfi box office collection day 5 Ayushmann Kriti unusual love story maintains steady pace

Ayushmann Khurrana and Kriti Sanon's latest release 'Bareilly Ki Barfi' has come as surprise and has managed to maintain its steady pace at the box office. The movie, which opened to a slow start on its day of release has finally begun catching its speed now and has minted Rs 15.42 crore in five days of release. Bollywood trade analayst Taran Adarsh took it to micro-blogging site Twitter to share the box office collections of Bareilly Ki Barfi and wrote, "#BareillyKiBarfi Fri 2.42 cr, Sat 3.95 cr, Sun 5.15 cr, Mon 1.90 cr, Tue 2 cr. Total: ₹ 15.42 cr. India biz. #BKB"

Interestingly, the Kriti Sanon starrer has been quite consisted in its box office earnings. In fact, Taran had earlier tweeted, "Bareilly Ki Barfi springs a surprise, after starting at low levels on Friday morning... Has to maintain the steady pace on weekdays..."

Helmed by Ashwini Iyer Tiwari, 'Bareilly Ki Barfi' has been a small town love triangle story which has received mixed response from the audience and the critics. In fact, it was Rajkummar Rao who stole the show from Kriti and Ayushmann.

Besides, the entire B-town has lauded the movie and has been singing praises for Ayushmann, Kriti and Rajkummar.

The entire team of 'Bareilly Ki Barfi' was quite overwhelmed with the response the movie has recieved. Ayushmann even released a video of himself on social media calling the movie a 'gem' and thanked Tiwari was casting him in 'Bareilly Ki Barfi'.
