When it comes to box-office collections, no one can beat the king of Bollywood ‘Salman Khan’. His movies has broken every major box-office record. His latest release Race 3, directed by Remo D’Souza has crossed Rs 100 crore mark in just three days. Despite receiving mixed to negative reviews from the critics and the audience, the movie managed to churn out well at the box-office because of the charisma of Bollywood’s most eligible bachelor.
So let us take a look at top seven films of Salman Khan in Rs 100 crore club.
Bajrangi Bhaijaan: Released in the year 2015, the movie is Salman Khan’s one of the fastest flick to earn Rs 100 crore. It crossed Rs 100 crore mark in just three days of its release. The movie also features Kareena Kapoor Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in pivotal roles.
Prem Ratan Dhan Payo – Another 2015 release for Salman Khan that went up to cross the prestigious Rs 100 crore mark in just three days. The movie was the fourth collaboration of Salman Khan and Barjatya’s after Maine Pyar Kiya, Hum Aapke Hai Koun and Hum Saath Saath Hain.
Race 3 – Salman’s latest release and Remo D’Souza directorial venture also managed to cross the Rs 100 crore mark in just three days. However, the movie is receiving negative remarks from the critics and the audience. It is a multi-starrer flick and also features Anil Kapoor, Jacqueline Fernandez, Daisy Shah, Saqib Saleem and Bobby Deol.
Kick – The movie was released in the year 2014 and crossed the Rs 100 crore mark in just five days. The Salman Khan starrer is the remake of 2009 Telugu Film of same name. Kick also featured Jacqueline Fernances, Randeep Hooda and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in pivotal roles.
Ek Tha Tiger – Released in the year 2012, the movie churned out Rs 100 crore in just five days. The total Indian box-office collection of the flick was Rs 199 crore. Helmed by Kabir Khan, the movie also featured Katrina Kaif in significant role.
Dabangg 2 – Sequel of 2010 superhit film Dabangg, the movie managed to touch Rs 100 crore mark in six days of its release. Directed by his brother Arbaaz Khan, Dabangg 2 made a lifetime collection of Rs 155 crore. The movie also featured Sonakshi Sinha, Prakash Raj in important roles.
Bodyguard – Written and directed by Siddique, the movie bagged Rs 100 crore in seven days of its release and collected Rs 145 crore at the Indian box-office in total. Bodyguard also featured Kareena Kapoor Khan, Hazel Keech, Aditya Pancholi and Raj Babbar in pivotal roles.
