List of actors who are not part of TMKOC now or left the show once

Indian television’s most popular show ‘Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ is currently the longest running comedy show ever in India. It is successfully running since its inception in the year 2008, despite witnessing several changes in the characters and storylines. As per some reports, Nidhi Bhanushali aka Sonu Bhide has decided to quit the show citing further studies. Well, this is not the first time that any actor has decided to leave the show, in the past as well few actors have left the show due to their personal reasons. Here, we have listed down some of the actors who has walked out of the show or has left the show for some time citing personal reasons.
Nidhi Bhanushali – She is known for her role as Sonu Bhide is the latest in the list of actors leaving the show. It has been reported that she is walking out because she wants to pursue further studies.
Disha Vakani – One of the female lead and most popular character on the show Dayaben, which was played by Disha Vakani has recently confirmed that she won’t be returning to the show as she has to take care of her newly born daughter.
Bhavya Gandhi – The actor who originally played the character of Tipendra Lal Gada or Tappu left the show in the year 2017. Now, the role is currently played by Raj Anadkat and the audience has also accepted him as the new Tappu.
Kavi Kumar Azad – The actor died last year and hence the character was replaced by another actor who has played the role Dr Hansraj Hathi in the past as well.
Gurucharan Singh Sodhi - The actor has been associated with the show since last 10 years but somewhere in the year 2012-13 there were reports of tussle between Gurucharan and the makers of the show. A new actor was introduced to play the role of Roshan Singh Sodhi and he was Laad Singh. But, in the year 2014 both Asit Kumar Modi and Gurucharan decided to close the chapter which set to the return of the actor to the show.
