Yoga Day 2019: Bipasha, Malaika, Rakul Preet urge fans to indulge in the art of self-improvement

Bollywood brigade always stands tall in celebrating every international occasion and when it is about the fitness of mind and body almost all the celebrities are bringing out their yogic self to the forefront. From listing the benefits of yoga to stepping in to show a few common poses Bollywood fitness icons are celebrating International yoga day with much enthusiasm.

Malaika Arora, who swears by yoga as her wellness and fitness regime, took to Instagram to request all to make "yoga, fitness, mindfulness and wellness" a lifestyle and not just an hour's practice.

Bipasha striking the namaskar pose quoted Sadhguru and said, "Yoga is not just about twisting and turning... it’s about existing in union with the rest of the creation."
