Ahead of his historic summit with US President Donald Trump, North Korean leader Kim Jong-un on Monday went on a surprise night-time tour of Singapore. Accompanied by the country's Indian-origin Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan, Kim visited the futuristic Gardens of the bay and described Singapore as “clean and beautiful”.

During the night-tour, Kim was accompanied by Singapore's Indian-origin Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan. The foreign minister posed for a selfie with the North Korean leader.
And after months of twists and turns, the historic summit between Donald Trump and Kim Jong-un took place on Tuesday. The duo shook hands and appreciated each other.
